backOn August 1, 2025, the AICPA published their automatic disciplinary measures against Howard S. Krant and Yu-Ching Pai, based on PCAOB enforcement actions against each. Mr. Krant entered into a settled disciplinary order with the PCAOB on April 22, 2025, which was covered in our prior Bulletin dated April 25, 2025. Mr. Pai entered into a settled disciplinary order with the PCAOB on March 25, 2025, which was covered in our prior Bulletin dated March 28, 2025.
