Zoë Bromage guides clients in turning energy and infrastructure investments into bankable projects and executable transactions across Asia and globally, with a focus on oil, gas, LNG, hydrogen and its derivatives, carbon capture and storage, renewables and energy storage. She also advises on energy and related infrastructure M&A, including farmouts and high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions, helping clients anticipate risk, preserve value and achieve practical, business-focused outcomes.

Zoë has deep experience across the oil and gas sector, advising national and international oil companies, governments and investors on host government contracts (including cost-recovery and gross-split PSCs), GSAs and pipeline development, helping clients secure reserves, unlock value and bring projects to market.

She also advises across the full LNG value chain, spanning regasification (onshore and FSRUs), liquefaction (conventional, equity lifting, tolling and FLNGs), project structuring, joint ventures, infrastructure development, terminal use agreements and third-party access rights. Her trading and procurement work includes LNG SPAs and MSPAs for FOB and DES/DAP volumes, covering project and portfolio supply. As the LNG market shifts from tightness to increased supply, she has helped clients diversify supply sources and include contract flexibility suited for evolving market conditions.

Zoë's practice increasingly focuses on low-carbon energy solutions, with an established market profile in hydrogen. She helps clients resolve the structuring issues and commercial risks that arise in translating early-stage hydrogen concepts into bankable projects. She also advises on carbon capture and storage (CCS), renewables and energy storage projects. Reflecting this focus, Zoë serves as Vice President of New Energies for the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN), where she facilitates the development of model contracts and industry knowledge-sharing across the hydrogen, CCS, geothermal, nuclear and other low-carbon sectors.
