One judge commented that “King & Spalding has been involved in lots of first-of-kind legal structuring across multiple innovative major global projects, shaping multiple markets, going beyond conventional legal transactional work.”

Additionally, the firm was honored for its work advising on two Deal of the Year winners:

King & Spalding advised Telemóvil El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. on a five-year, $100 million term loan facility as part of the company’s broader financing and infrastructure expansion activities.

The firm also advised Moeve S.A. on the legal and commercial framework for Phase I of the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley—the Onuba project—including offtake arrangements, facility development, and operations, as part of an investment of more than €1 billion in Southern Europe’s largest green hydrogen plant.
