Jeff Cashdan, Zach McEntyre, Matthew Brigman, Allison White, Erin Munger, Paul Mezzina, Amy Upshaw, Christine Carletta and Nicole Bronnimann obtained a victory on behalf of Progressive Paloverde Insurance Co. and Progressive Southeastern Insurance Co. before the Seventh Circuit, which reversed the certification of a class action concerning the insurance companies’ estimates of the actual cash value of their insureds’ total-loss vehicles. The team is recognized in this week’s Law.com Litigator of the Week Runner’s Up and Shout Outs, which is their second recognition for a Progressive win in less than a month, for its victory on behalf of Progressive before the Seventh Circuit.
