Allison Hill White

Allison White's practice focuses on consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation. She has experience managing cross-jurisdictional litigation by helping develop and execute coordinated strategies across dozens of federal and state courts.

Allison White's practice focuses on consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation. She has experience managing cross-jurisdictional litigation by helping develop and execute coordinated strategies across dozens of federal and state courts.

Allison has handled numerous putative class actions in a variety of areas, including data privacy, auto insurance, and credit reporting. In addition to her class action work, Allison has also defended clients in contract and trademark disputes with other businesses.  

Prior to joining the firm, Allison served as a law clerk for the Honorable Leigh Martin May in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

For many years, Allison has chaired and helped organize the State Bar of Georgia YLD Intrastate Moot Court Competition. She also currently serves on the Board for the Georgia Legal Services Program.
