King & Spalding advised ManTech International Corporation, a Carlyle portfolio company, in the sale of its Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense Strategic Capabilities Office, and select National Reconnaissance Office technical advisory services programs to Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), an Arlington Capital portfolio company.
