Bio

Chad Werner is a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions, private credit lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers, with deep expertise across a broad spectrum of complex financing transactions. His practice covers the full range of leveraged and investment-grade lending, including syndicated credit facilities, asset-based and cash flow lending, mezzanine and subordinated debt structures, and first lien/second lien arrangements. He regularly handles acquisition financings, recapitalizations and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on secured lending structures and multi-jurisdictional deals.

Chad graduated from Emory University in 1997 with a B.B.A. in Finance and obtained his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2006, where he graduated cum laude. He is member of the boards of Junior Achievement of Georgia and the Business and Finance Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
