Moritz Heidbuechel advises international private capital, private equity funds, asset managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, banks and other capital providers on complex German and cross-border real estate investments. He helps clients acquire, finance, restructure, manage and exit assets and portfolios across the full investment life cycle, combining real estate, finance and restructuring insight to support execution-critical mandates.

Clients value Moritz’s practical, commercially focused advice on transactions at the intersection of real estate, finance and restructuring. He works with clients on asset and share deals, portfolio transactions, platform investments, joint ventures, acquisition financings, refinancings, capex facilities, high-value leasing matters and post-acquisition asset management issues, including mandates involving distressed assets and complex ownership structures.
