Working closely with our Finance, Private Equity, Healthcare, Energy and Capital Markets teams, our representations span a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on the retail, healthcare, energy, restaurant, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, media and telecommunications sectors.

Our team advises on workouts, formal reorganizations, debtor-in-possession loans, Chapter 11 exit financings, prepackaged and pre-arranged plans, recapitalizations, debt exchanges, asset sales, and cross-border matters. Having handled restructurings for a variety of stakeholders, we understand the perspectives on all sides of a transaction and use that insight to develop practical, business-focused strategies tailored to each client’s objectives. We also represent litigants in contested matters, adversary proceedings, and other bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, combining restructuring judgment with courtroom experience to help clients pursue the best possible outcome.
