Joshua M. Kamin (Josh)

Josh Kamin is a nationally-recognized private equity lawyer focusing on the real estate industry. He focuses on equity transactions, including joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings, for domestic and non-US clients.  Josh is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office.
