She represents a wide range of clients in all aspects of trademark, unfair competition and copyright law.\n\nMaren practices primarily in the areas of trademark counseling, prosecution, diligence, licensing, assignments and litigation, both domestic and foreign. She counsels on the clearance, application and protection of foreign trademarks, as well as the search and clearance of domestic trademarks and prosecution and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Maren also advises clients on the management of intellectual property portfolios, on monitoring the marketplace for potential infringements and on trademark oppositions and cancellation actions.
