Charlie Katz is Managing Partner of King & Spalding’s Northern Virginia office. He is a partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice, advising emerging growth and technology companies. He has experience in both domestic and international transactions, including the representation of parties in cross-border transactions and with multinational investors.

He also has experience with transactions, financings, and corporate governance issues in financially distressed and bankruptcy situations.
