Will Jordan is an associate in King & Spalding’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices. Will represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities and general corporate matters.
Will graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Virginia Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Will served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
