Sydney Jones Lampard has been recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers USA for her labor and employment practice. She has advised on more than a thousand corporate transactions and restructurings, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters, including high-stakes executive terminations, workplace issues and internal investigations, restrictive covenants, the WARN Act, wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, and compliance with other labor and employment laws.

She advises private equity funds and public and private companies on labor and employment-related risks and considerations in complex transactions and restructurings across a multitude of industries, including technology, retail, life sciences and healthcare, aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. She regularly conducts labor and employment-related due diligence and risk assessment for multi-national mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and sales, and counsels clients on workforce integration and separation considerations. She also represents lenders and other financial institutions in various transactions.
