Rebeca M. Ojeda

Rebeca Ojeda is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice area. Her practice focuses on representing clients in the tobacco and pharmaceutical industry in nationwide product liability and personal injury litigation.  Specifically, Rebeca manages high-exposure cases at varying stages of discovery and collaborates with her peers to competently and strategically prepare cases for trial.  She has taken several fact witness depositions and actively participated in nine multi-week jury trials to verdict.  Pro bono work is also an integral part of Rebeca’s practice, as is promoting diversity initiatives within the firm and the Atlanta legal community.

Rebeca received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Criminal Law and as a William Wayne Justice Center Pro Bono Scholar.
