In his litigation practice, Ramon routinely handles a wide array of claims, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour, California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, restrictive covenant enforcement, business torts, and breach of contract. Ramon has successfully resolved numerous wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions involving claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, PAGA, and various state labor and employment statutes (including the California Labor Code).
