Bio

Mary Liz Brady represents financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and private and public companies in leveraged finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, loan workouts and restructurings. While her industry experience is diverse, she has an extensive background in financing matters for the healthcare, pharmaceutical , manufacturing, technology and telecommunications sectors.

Mary Liz has handled the negotiation and documentation of a range of facility types, including senior, subordinated, asset-based, bridge and mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured with total facility sizes ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion.
