Jinyoung (Jin) Joo is a partner in King & Spalding's Finance and Restructuring practice group, based in the firm's New York office, and a senior member of the firm's U.S. Fund Finance team. Jin represents borrowers, lenders and private investment funds on a wide range of financing transactions, including fund finance transactions, acquisition financings, restructurings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Jin advises private capital sponsors, asset managers, and financial institutions on bespoke financing structures across the life cycle of a fund.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jin was a partner at another international law firm. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Jin also devotes a significant amount of time providing pro bono legal services to disabled veterans.
