backOn June 23, 2026, King & Spalding secured a major appellate victory for Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, obtaining entry of an $82.3 million judgment against Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. After a $66.1 million jury verdict in 2023, the Court of Appeal reversed a post-trial reduction, reinstated the full verdict, and remanded for entry of judgment. The California Supreme Court denied review, and the court entered final judgment, including prejudgment interest and costs.
