King & Spalding Advises HD Supply on $2.5 Billion Divestiture of Waterworks Business


ATLANTA, June 6, 2017 — King & Spalding advised leading North American industrial distributor HD Supply, Inc. on its entry into a definitive agreement providing for the sale of its Waterworks business unit to an affiliate of private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for an aggregate purchase price of $2.5 billion.
