SYDNEY, August 20, 2026 – King & Spalding announced today that life sciences, regulatory and litigation lawyer Mandi Jacobson has joined the firm as a partner in its Government Matters and Regulation practice group in Sydney.
Jacobson represents clients across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and consumer products sectors on a broad range of regulatory, compliance and contentious matters. She advises multinational companies on navigating complex regulatory frameworks and managing risk across multiple jurisdictions and represents them in complex litigation, including product liability disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, investigations, coronial inquests and class action defense. The firm’s focus on providing U.S. and international clients with the best on-the-ground lawyers for their most sophisticated legal issues, as well as direct access to market-leading regulatory, litigation and transactional capabilities around the world, is an incredibly attractive proposition for me and my practice,” Jacobson added. “The is complemented by the firm’s wider Asia-Pacific footprint and ever-growing international platform, making King & Spalding a natural destination for me.”
