Jan Schaefer and Shouvik Bhattacharya to Speak at the New York Arbitration Week

Frankfurt International Disputes Partner Jan Schaefer and London International Disputes Senior Associate Shouvik Bhattacharya spoke on a panel on Wind Farm Disputes during New York Arbitration Week. The panel was organized by the DIS German Arbitration Institute and featured perspectives on wind farm disputes from several jurisdictions, including Brazil, India, the Netherlands, the United States, Germany and Canada.
