J. Philip Ludvigson to Speak at Practising Law Institute

Washington, D.C., International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will be moderating a panel at the Practising Law Institute Program titled “Investing, Trading, and Doing Business in a Disrupted World 2026” on Feb. 3, 2026, in New York.  This panel, “Global Trade and Enforcement Trends,” will provide insights into the enforcement landscape, focusing on trends, priorities, and strategies for compliance in export controls, investment screening, and data security.  It will also examine extraterritorial application of investigation and enforcement authority by U.S. agencies, lessons learned from recent enforcement actions and consent agreements, and best practices for engaging with regulators and managing enforcement risks.  More information and registration can be found here.
