backKing & Spalding partner Harold Franklin has been named the recipient of the Atlanta Bar Association’s 2026 Charles E. Watkins Jr. Award. According to the organization, this is the Atlanta Bar Association’s highest honor, recognizing a lawyer who has demonstrated distinctive and sustained service to the Atlanta Bar Association.
Harold’s national litigation and trial practice focuses heavily on high-stakes individual and mass tort (MDL and class action) product liability litigation in the automotive, life sciences, and consumer products industries. He has represented many of the world’s largest corporations in complex “bet-the-company” litigation and trials.
