A full-day conference providing insight into a number of key legal/regulatory issues of importance to manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and biologics.

The program will focus on areas of interest to in-house regulatory, litigation, and other business counsel; along with regulatory, marketing/sales, and corporate compliance personnel.

Continuing Legal Education Credit

*CPE and attendance certificates will be provided. CLE credit will be applied for in California, Georgia, New York, Texas, and if needed, North Carolina and Virginia. A Uniform Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to attorneys approximately 30 days after the program to use to seek CLE credit in other states. CA Provider #10947. For New York Licensed attendees, the content of this program is approved for both newly admitted and experienced attendees. The live format of this program is considered Traditional in nature.
