King & Spalding partner Doug Elsbeck moderated the “Global economic headwinds & real estate’s resilient path forward” panel at IMN’s Summer Real Estate Private Funds Conference taking place on June 25, 2026 in Newport, Rhode Island.

Doug’s panel addressed macro-economic trends affecting real estate operators and investors, including interest rate trajectories, inflation expectations, geopolitics, investor sentiment and other factors impacting real estate valuations, underwriting and operations.
