Doug Elsbeck advises fund sponsors and other investment advisers on the formation of private funds, joint ventures, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles.  He delivers business-oriented counsel and practical solutions to complex structuring and other issues that streamline execution, manage legal and regulatory risk, and support growth that helps his clients launch, scale, and protect their investment platforms.

Doug works closely with investment advisers to design and launch the vehicles they need to put capital to work across industries and asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.

He also advises established and emerging investment advisers on their corporate needs, including the structuring and formation of the sponsor entities and related co-investment and carried interest vehicles.  He also has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and secondary transactions.
