This report acts as a reference guide when considering public-private partnership (PPP) projects in the Middle East. This updates a previous report prepared by King & Spalding in 2017, describes the legislative frameworks governing PPP projects in the region and identifies upcoming PPPs based on publicly available information as at the date of the report.
