• Represented a credit-focused asset management firm, as administrative agent and collateral agent, in financing a senior secured credit facility for a business consulting company with operations across multiple jurisdictions, sponsored by a private equity firm with a portfolio spanning over 550 companies.
• Represented a credit-focused investment firm, as administrative agent, in financing a senior secured credit facility for a leading tire and auto service platform and its add-on acquisition of a Midwest-based tire and auto service provider with over 35 locations.
• Represented a premier private equity firm, in the financing of its platform acquisition of a national distributor of plumbing and industrial supply products, provided by a leading national commercial bank and an alternative credit provider, as lenders.

Mary Liz Brady represents financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and private and public companies in leveraged finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, loan workouts and restructurings. While her industry experience is diverse, she has an extensive background in financing matters for the healthcare, pharmaceutical , manufacturing, technology and telecommunications sectors.

Mary Liz has handled the negotiation and documentation of a range of facility types, including senior, subordinated, asset-based, bridge and mezzanine financings, both secured and unsecured with total facility sizes ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion.
