King & Spalding is representing ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE: NOW), a leading AI platform for business transformation, in its acquisition of certain assets of Bravium Consulting Inc., a Maryland-based technology and consulting firm. ServiceNow offers a cloud-based platform and solutions that deliver digital workflows for employees, customers, and the enterprise, including for IT, HR, and customer service.
