Cybersecurity Docket has once again named Robert Hudock and Phyllis Sumner to its Incident Response 50, the publication’s list of “the 50 best data breach response lawyers” in the United States.

Hudock counsels clients on preparing for, responding to, and recovering from cyber-based attacks on their networks and information. He assesses clients’ security controls and practices for the protection of data, developing and implementing information security programs, and complying with federal and state regulatory requirements.

Sumner is the firm's Chief Privacy Officer. She leads the firm's Data, Privacy and Security practice and regularly counsels corporate boards, senior executives and other clients on cybersecurity preparedness, emergency response, remediation, compliance, internal and regulatory enforcement investigations, and data breach and privacy litigation.
