King & Spalding advised LBO France on the sale of its entire minority stake in Mazarine Group, an independent international communications and creative group dedicated to the luxury, fashion, art and culture sectors, to Mazarine NewCo, a holding company controlled by Mazarine’s founder and majority shareholder, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers.
