King & Spalding has successfully advised leading real estate private equity and development firm Sweid & Sweid on its acquisition of Aurora Tower, a prominent office building located in the heart of Dubai Media City. The tower, which is strategically positioned within one of Dubai’s premier business and media hubs, is Sweid &Sweid's fourth project in the district and a key addition to their Grade-A commercial portfolio.

With a leasable area of over 220,000 square feet, distinguished tenants include the likes of Spotify, The Economist Group, Universal Music Group and many more.
