King & Spalding advised Commonwealth LNG LLC (Commonwealth), a Kimmeridge Company, in its contract with Technip Energies USA, Inc. (T.EN) for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of Commonwealth’s 9.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal project located near Cameron, Louisiana. The Commonwealth Facility will be constructed using fully modular approach to construction, with the aim of commencing LNG production in 2029.
