King & Spalding advised Commonwealth Projects, LLC (“CPL”) on the sale of its interest in Commonwealth LNG, LLC. Commonwealth LNG is the sponsor of a 9.5 mtpa LNG and liquefaction and export facility on the west bank of the Calcasieu Ship Channel at the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico near Cameron, Louisiana. The King & Spalding team advising CPL on the transaction was led by David Lang, Susan Berry and Mitch Tiras.
