Michael W. Alescio advises borrowers, lenders, and private investment funds on a wide range of financing transactions, including fund finance transactions, acquisition financings, restructurings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Michael’s fund finance practice spans subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP and management company financings, secondaries and liquidity solutions, and bespoke fund-level financing structures for asset managers, private capital sponsors, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Michael was an associate at another international law firm.
