Bio

John Brucker is a project development lawyer who represents owners across the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, with a focus on data center construction. His practice spans digital infrastructure and traditional energy assets. He counsels clients at the intersection of leasing, EPC, and finance to structure a “bankable” transaction. He has worked on some of the most significant data center projects in today’s market.

John also brings valuable lender perspective to the development process, informed by prior experience advising institutional investors and private equity sponsors on construction finance matters. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University (NJ), magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree from Marist College (NY), magna cum laude, where he was captain of the baseball team.
