Daniel Daneshrad helps alternative asset managers structure, launch, and operate investment funds with confidence. Daniel advises established and emerging alternative asset managers on all aspects of fund formation, from initial structuring through fundraising and ongoing operations. He works closely with sponsors to design fund terms that reflect their investment strategy, align with investor expectations, and support efficient capital raising across a range of asset classes.

His experience spans private equity, private credit, real estate, and other real assets, including funds focused on energy and infrastructure. Daniel represents both institutional and entrepreneurial managers, tailoring his approach to each client’s size, strategy, and stage of growth. He helps clients navigate the full lifecycle of a fund, from structuring and marketing to governance and day-to-day operational considerations.

Daniel regularly advises on the preparation and negotiation of key fund documentation, including private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, and side letters.
