Dan is an energy, infrastructure and natural resources lawyer, with more than 15 years’ experience structuring and executing complex cross-border projects and acquisitions for market leading clients around the world. Dan has developed a unique practice covering the most novel parts of the energy transition, while also focussing on mining and metals transactions across the globe. 

Dan's primary expertise includes project finance, acquisition finance and other forms of structured debt finance. Dan’s experience also extends to the commodity value chain, advising a number of corporates and trading houses on how to structure their projects, including their long-term offtake, feedstock and tolling arrangements.

Recognised in multiple legal directories over the years, Dan’s clients include developers, private equity sponsors, traders, governments, banks, funds, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, monolines and other financial institutions.
