  • Advised an alternative credit provider, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, in the cross-border financing and collateral management of a $161 million senior secured credit facility for a private equity firm in the acquisition of an industrial automation company.

Amy Peters represents lenders, borrowers, and investors in leveraged finance transactions, including credit facilities for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and cross-border matters. She works with clients to manage risk and drive efficient outcomes across industries such as technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and financial services.

Amy's recent work spans senior, subordinated, investment grade, bridge, and mezzanine facilities—both secured and unsecured—with transaction sizes ranging from several million to billions of dollars. She regularly handles senior secured financings, unitranche facilities, and holdco and mezzanine structures, as well as workout and restructuring matters, including amendments, refinancing transactions, and work-out facilities.
