Yeomans, who was previously a partner and co-head of Private Capital at Mallesons, represents private equity sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on complex, cross-border transactions across Southeast Asia, India and the wider Asia-Pacific region. 

Her practice focuses on sophisticated private capital and private equity M&A mandates, primarily in infrastructure, with additional experience in healthcare, logistics, technology and financial services. She advises on acquisitions and disposals, consortium and joint-venture structures, co-investments, fundraisings and significant real asset investments.

Yeomans received her undergraduate degree from University of Western Australia and her Master of Laws LLM from University of New South Wales.
