Nicola Yeomans is a Partner based in our Singapore office and specialises in M&A, private equity and asset management across Asia, supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, fundraisings and real asset projects.

A renowned M&A specialist in Singapore, Nicola has been recognised by Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific, Who’s Who Legal and the Legal 500. She has a wealth of experience working on private equity and complex cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia and India.

Her clients include asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Nicola was a partner at a major commercial firm where she spearheaded their global Private Capital practice.
