She has extensive experience working with money transmitters on BSA/AML risks and fraud detection.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOlivia represents clients in affirmative and defensive litigation and defends clients before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, State Attorneys General, the New York State Department of Financial Services, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and other regulators.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOlivia has served as a member of the Development Committee of the Board of the Women\u0026rsquo;s White Collar Defense Association. His practice also involves court proceedings in relation to arbitration, including recognition and enforcement proceedings, freezing injunctions and other interim relief, and white collar disputes in (among others) US federal and state courts and in the UK, BVI, Jersey, Hong Kong and Singapore courts. He has particular experience in quantum and corruption issues.\nJulian received an LL.B from the London School of Economics (LSE), an LL.M from the LSE (with Distinction) and an LL.M from Columbia Law School, from which he graduated as a Kent Scholar and a Lloyd N Cutler International Law Fellow.
