Yuchen is a litigation associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office who focuses his practice on patent litigation. With a master’s degree in computer science, Yuchen combines his technical background and legal knowledge to advise clients on a variety of intellectual property matters across software, electrical, computing, semiconductor, and medical device sectors. 

Yuchen’s previous research focuses on artificial intelligence and machine learning. He devotes his research experiences to helping high-tech companies in various patent litigation matters including federal district court litigation, ITC section 337 investigations, and PTAB proceedings. Being a native Mandarin speaker, Yuchen can also handle complex legal English-Mandarin communication.
