Bio

Dan Huang has a global practice in the fields of international commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration and English High Court litigation. He has represented clients in the energy, technology and construction sectors under a variety of arbitral rules, including the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and SIAC Rules.

He has represented clients in the energy, technology and construction sectors under a variety of arbitral rules, including the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and SIAC Rules. 

Alongside acting for parties to disputes, Dan has also served as tribunal secretary in an LCIA arbitration. This experience gives him insight into the arbitral process from the perspective of both counsel and the tribunal.

Dan previously practised at another leading international arbitration firm and publishes on topics in commercial law.
