Billy Padula is an associate in King & Spalding's Charlotte office and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Billy represents strategic companies and financial sponsors in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.  Billy began his career as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
