Tunç has represented clients involved in the construction, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing and hospitality sectors on commercial and investment arbitrations under a  variety of rules, including the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and SIAC Rules.  Tunç has particular experience with investor-state disputes and also has experience in commercial proceedings in Turkish courts.
