Sydney Rose

Sydney Rose represents clients in complex commercial litigation and business disputes in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Sydney practiced at an international law firm in Dallas, where she represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

Before entering private practice, Sydney served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kimberly Priest Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. During law school, she worked in the SMU Small Business and Trademark Clinic, where she advised entrepreneurs on trademark registration, entity formation, and commercial agreements.

Sydney earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Science and Technology Law Review.
