Susannah Bakke

Susannah Bakke is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Funds practice group. Susannah's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds.

Susannah graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2023. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated cum laude in 2020.
