Bio

Stacy L. Hambleton helps companies navigate high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation, guiding cases from early risk assessment through trial. She partners with clients to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, coordinate teams and experts, and develop clear, science-driven strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and position matters for efficient, favorable outcomes.

Stacy's practice has centered on managing complex litigation that requires coordination across multiple workstreams, jurisdictions, and stakeholders. She works closely with in-house counsel, national counsel, experts, and local counsel to keep matters moving efficiently while maintaining a consistent strategic approach.

Much of her current work involves developing case themes, preparing fact and expert witnesses, managing discovery and deposition strategy, and helping trial teams translate technical and scientific issues into clear, persuasive narratives. She is particularly experienced in matters involving complicated medical, engineering, and exposure-related evidence.

In addition to her litigation responsibilities, Stacy regularly advises on trial readiness, witness preparation, and case presentation strategy. Her work often includes coordinating jury research, expert development, demonstratives, and other trial-preparation efforts designed to test themes and identify potential litigation risks before they reach the courtroom.

Known for her ability to quickly master new subject matter and organize large teams around a common objective, Stacy brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to litigation.
